Return & Replacement Policy

We value our customers and strive to provide the best quality products. If you receive a damaged product, the wrong item, or an item that does not match the description, you may be eligible for a return or replacement. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a request.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

  • Customers must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the goods if they wish to
    initiate a return or replacement.
  • Returns or replacements are applicable under the following conditions:
    o The product is damaged upon delivery.
    o The product is different in color, size, or design from what was ordered.
    o The product is defective or has a manufacturing issue
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags
    and packaging intact.

2. Return Process

  • Customers must send the product back with the original packaging, invoice, and all
    original accessories.
  • Once the returned product is received, our team will inspect it to verify eligibility.
  • If approved, we will proceed with the refund or replacement.

3. Refund & Payment Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after receiving and verifying the
    returned product.
  • Customers must provide accurate payment details for a smooth refund process. The
    following details must be shared:
    o UPI ID / UPI Number / QR Code
    o Bank Account Details (Account Holder Name, Bank Name, IFSC Code,
    Account Number)
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or through the preferred
    bank/UPI details provided by the customer

4. Important Notes

  •  Exchange Availability: If the requested replacement is unavailable, customers may
    choose an alternative product of the same value or opt for a refund.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items (such as innerwear, customized products, or
    clearance sale items) may not be eligible for returns.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer
    unless the return is due to a seller error (wrong or damaged product).
